· No smoking within the building

· No pets, animals allowed

· Arrive after 15:00, depart before 9:00

· 50% deposit payable when booking, balance on arrival

· R500,00 (refundable) breakage deposit payable on arrival

· No refunds if cancelled within 60 days of date of arrival.

           No refunds for periods shorter than 7 nights

           No refunds for late arrival or early departure

· Silence between 22:30 and 07:30

· Parking for one vehicle

· Only for those who can enjoy the tranquillity and peace nature can offer (ideal for bird watchers and day hikers)

· Not the holiday destination of those who are dependent on man-made entertainment

· No student groups - (Plet is more fun)

· Maximum three adults per night.

· For periods longer than 7 nights - please enquire about rates

· Red and yellow periods - minimum stay as indicated

· For all other periods - see table B
